1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before its status changes to "Packaging". Once the order is being packaged or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

As our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), no refunds are applicable for pre-paid amounts. Cancellations are handled as described above.

3. No Refunds for Missed Deliveries

Please ensure you are available to collect your order at the designated delivery location during the delivery window. We are not responsible for and will not issue refunds for orders that are not collected by the customer.
